Sebo

Talking about being 'Every Woman' Sebo is the Epitome of our Festival's Theme. 

 

Sebo holds a Masters in Rhetorical Studies from the University of Cape Town. She worked in various High Offices in Government as a Speech Writer for the likes of the then Premier of the Western Cape Mr. Ebrahim Rasool, Premier Edna Molewa of the North West, she also worked in Parliament and at the Western Cape Provincial Government as Head of Office under the Leadership of Community Safety MEC Mackenzie. 

 

Sebo is a talented song-writer and Vocalist, her music leans more to the Sounds of Jazz, Soul and Blues. Sebo has performed at various venues in and around the City of Cape Town such as Obz Cafe, Iziko Museum, Zula Bar, Black Pearl and various other Restaurants. Sebo is a feisty performer who sets the stage on fire with her Women-Empowerment themed Songs. Her creative self comes to life when she is on stage, she instantly connects with her band and audience, delivering a lyrically and vocally refreshing performance. This platform is set to Launch Sebo's National Music 'Writing and Singing' Career!
