My brand is called vint.age.fundi. The name came about after a lot of brainstorming and I eventually decided on this name. vint refers to the kind of style I go for when buying my clothing. I always go for the retro, trendy and ever so current look, always with a touch of class. Age refers to the timeline the clothing comes from. I usually love my vintage sense of style whether the actual clothing item is new or once loved. Age also is referring to my target market which is any lady from her teenage years through to the granny era. This is to show that class and style has neither age nor an era. It’s always remains classic. This is one entity I love about fashion. Fundi refers to the knowledge our brand has about fashion and understanding of how to incorporate style with a touch of vintage into any occasion. It helps enhance our customers’ knowledge that style has no timing. It should be enhanced all the time.

We host markets around SA. We have sold in Johannesburg, Cape Town, King Williams Town, Umtata and planning to broaden our sales. We also have an online market we host via our FB page www.facebook.com/vintagefundi . Our website is still on the first phase of development and the url is www.vintagefundi.com We have an overseas buyer that travels the world and buys for our plus size customers. We have sold items from Australia, Miami, New York and Russia so far. We also do shoots prior selling our clothing range

On an educational perspective, I am working in a Project Management field and working towards attaining my PMP Certification.
