GAD Consulting Services Inc. referred as GAD is an audit firm registered with Independent Registered Board for Auditors (IRBA) and South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA). GAD is also an accredited training centre for South African Institute for Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and an approved employer by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). We specialises in auditing, financial management, governance and advisory services for non-profit sector (NGO, CBO, NPC and Trusts) and small medium businesses (partnerships, sole proprietaries and private companies) and public sector.

In more detail our services are

•        Auditing – statutory (full scope), independent review, compilation and agreed upon procedures as per International Auditing Standards.
  
•        Financial Management – accounting (bookkeeping), compile financial policies and procedures as per COSO principles and financial reporting in terms of IFRS and IFRS for SME. We          also provide payroll administration and conduct back office support including credit control.
  
•        Governance -  Board Operations Plans, Strategic Direction, Organisation Performance (financial and non-financial reports), Community Impact, Financial Oversight and External                Relations.
  
•        Tax Compliance and Administration services which include Income Tax Act – returns, Valued Added Tax returns and reviews, Employees Tax (PAYE, SDL and UIF).
  
•        Training and Development – As training office by ACCA and SAIPA we also provide training in finance, governance and risk management including pastel training and governance.            We are accredited by Services Seta.
  

 

Adopt a NPO Campaign

 

We adopt a non profit organization with a professional who is at management level. The professionals provide advice and assist board and management based on their expertise. The focus is aimed on getting youth involved in their community and effect a change.  As we are focused on long term sustainable change, we prefer to spend a minimum of 1 year and minimum of 12 hours in an adopted Non profit Organisation.

 

At GAD we have charge NPO discounted rates and we also adopted three organizations for one year; we provided them with our services for free. Previously non profits we had adopted the following

We conduct free workshop for NPO on governance and compliance, so far we have conducted these workshops to over 200 NPO leaders in Gauteng area.
